Terms of Sale Shipping
Shipping weight: Aprox 200 lbs, on pallet, from zip code 60441, Straight Truck Access only, lift gate or seller fork lift load.
Shipping Motor Freight Services:: Item available for motor freight pick up with two day advanced notice and appointment arrangement weather and other factors allowing. Seller will load on straight truck only due to larger vehicle roadway access limitations and from your choice of shipper’s and pricing selected. Seller can assist in freight company selection and quotes through our freight Service Broker or yours or your freight-liner account but actual shipping arrangements and authorization are between the buyer and freight service. All shipping charges and insurance are the complete responsibility of the buyer and to be paid by buyer directly to freight service or broker selected by direct payment, billing to customer or customers account number. Buyer will pay for purchased item in advance of shipping and after award of sale. Transportation service charges are to be paid separately from price of purchased goods, and no goods will transfer or ship until payment for goods purchased are 100% paid and secured. Sellers responsibility totally completes and ends upon "load of goods to Buyers Shipper" when all responsibility of goods transfers to selected carrier for safe transport and good care of cargo. Although shipping claims of damage and loss are less likely with motor freight on average, highway accidents and infinite other things are possible in handling and transport are possible and is what your insurance coverage is for and will compensate you directly and not through seller so under the shipping terms of this sale buyer releases seller entirely of any and all claims of damage, loss, or otherwise and indemnifies and holds harmless seller from and against any and all claims whatsoever.
