This is a project cut off sheet for sale. It is special Corten steel
which is the same stuff the Chicago Picasso sculpture is made of and
used for permanent out door steel letters, numbers, artwork. Cor-ten
steel was specially developed to eliminate the need for painting, and
form a stable rust-like appearance if exposed to the weather for several
years.
The weathering process takes a long time (years) to get
like this sheet is. It now has now a special protective coating and
rustic antique appearance unique only to specially formulated Cor-ten
brand steel. So this sheet is already aged well and ready to CNC cut for
immediate use and presentation.
It is very profitable metal to
fabricate and sell from. The cut off section missing alone made 1,200
for signage. So you have a lot of profitable metal to work with and at
premium profit as aged steel.
The size is 49" wide x 84' at
longest part, 79 at next longest with 29" wide at 79" part.
Selling
sheet as whole and no partial cut offs.
